KEYPLAN's work methodology

KeyPlan believes you are the key to your plan. That is the reason each session starts with an in-depth introductory conversation. We want to get a better impression of who you are, to establish unique character throughout your essays. Most importantly, we do not write your essays for you, to uphold application integrity. We do provide editorial suggestions, comprehensive feedback, and directional guidance that will enhance your application's direct impact on admissions committees.

Free Essay

Submit an essay of your choice and receive our feedback and editorial suggestions free of charge. Our response will arrive within three business days. During busy season (R1 + R2) free essays may be refused.

School Specific

Start by emailing us all your application materials. Follow with an introductory conversation for brainstorming and idea outline. Our overall application strength estimation, along with your application material and our suggestions and directional guidance will reach you within five business days. View our editorial changes and make our suggested alterations to reshape your essays. Resend us your application and we will contact you for an additional conversation. Your recommenders will receive guidance while you go over your application material.

We offer limitless application reviews for a single initial fee. You decide when you are satisfied with the outcome and ready to submit your application. Allow up to two months per school.

If you can manage going over more than one school at a time, email us all your applications together. When you get the interview invitation, we will get going on interview prep and scholarship essays.

Essay Specific

Email us your chosen essays, along with your CV. Receive our feedback within five business days. After you have addressed our suggestions, resend your essays for an additional review. Although essay reviews are unlimited, essays typically require three to six reviews, depending on candidate abilities. Allow up to three weeks per essay.

Recommender Prep

We contact your recommenders for an in-depth conversation, covering all recommendation basics and tactical approach. Application integrity remains intact; you will not be involved in the process. We will make sure the recommendations are at par with the rest of your application.

Returning Applicants

Send us your application, we will review it and discuss with you what have been the changes since you last applied. You will receive our comprehensive improvement opportunity indication report within one month.
